Services

Ways we can journey together

Take a seat and let's talk!

My areas of experience and specialization:

  •  Anxiety

  •  Grief & Loss

  •  Spiritual Formation

  •  Relationship issues (romantic and general)

  •  Work-related problems

  •  Adjustment to life changes (career, empty nesting, new school)

  •  Recurrent family conflicts

  • Bonding & attachment for new parents and young children (Infant Mental Health: ages birth-5)

As a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator  we can use your assessments to explore your unique strengths and learn and practice tools to help you in the growth areas of your relationship.

Two becoming one is tough.  Communication. Expectations. Finances. Intimacy. Emotional wounds. Attachment styles.

These are just several areas couples can struggle with.  Couples sessions are focused on your unique relationship; identifying areas of struggle, repairing, adjusting and understanding to establish healthy patterns and increased marital satisfaction.

First, CONGRATULATIONS!!  I would be honored to work with you and your future spouse to help you prepare for a lifetime together.

I recommend that you begin pre-marital sessions 6-12 months before your wedding day.

As a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator  we can use your assessments to explore strength and growth areas unique to your relationship.  Then we will review and practice practical tools and skills, to support a lifelong healthy relationship.

DID YOU KNOW?

  • Couples who participate in premarital programs experience a 30% increase in marital satisfaction over those who do not participate. (1)

  • 80% of couples who receive pre-martial training stayed together. (2)

Formational Prayer is a ministry of the Holy Spirit, bringing the Healing Presence of Jesus Christ into places of pain and brokenness within a wounded person facilitated by a Christian caregiver.

Our wounds need healing.

Life experiences often leave deep wounds that compromise personal well-being and wholeness. Left undressed, these hurts give birth to false beliefs, emotional upheaval, and behaviors that are ultimately destructive. During the process of Formational Prayer, both the source and symptoms of core woundings are brought into the light of Jesus Christ, where He alone can set people free.

***Formational Prayer is offered by Jessica through: Daly Soul Care, LLC***

testimonials

"In only 10 months, Jessica helped me get to a place that I consider to be healthy and positive, which is not a place I thought I would see.

I always felt welcome and heard in our sessions.

Even when I got off topic, Jessica always listened to me and tied it back to my bigger goals, which helped me see the bigger picture.

Jessica is one of my favorite humans. She's kind and thoughtful, she genuinely cares about the success of her clients, and she makes sure you're the one steering the boat at a pace that you're comfortable with."

"{We} clearly laid out goals and helped me develop my own plan to achieve them.
{I} always felt I could be 100% honest and open. Practical guidance and specific coping strategies were a key part of sessions.
These sessions help me rebuild my confidence and has provided me with tools to sustain my improved mental well-being."

"Jessica always asked and made sure I had what I felt was a safe environment.

Jessica helped me put together a list of what I felt was most important to cover. {regarding goals}

She was the best counselor I ever had. I would definitely recommend her and have done so.

The best thing about my counseling experience is that Jessica did not stop at just our sessions but she gave me homework, recommended books, and articles to read between sessions to help me learn more, to help me."

"Jessica is a highly skilled, experienced, and empathic counselor who successfully provides care to men, women and children.
She earnestly seeks to position people for transformation and healing through a wholistic therapeutic model of counseling and care.
She is gifted in helping others explore and name their emotional responses to life, helping individuals to safely process trauma in a supportive environment."

"One thing that I appreciate about Jessica's work is her ability to so clearly see you and your needs. And I love how she is willing to walk beside you in the search for your right answers."

"I had such a wonderful experience doing Formational Prayer with Jessica.  She facilitated in a way that was Spirit-led, discerning, encouraging, and void of any judgment.
She has a genuine gift of being present with you in a way that feels safe and inviting.  I know God used her to help me grow, heal and connect with Him in a special way."

"I strongly agree that Jessica focused our sessions on what was important to me. Jessica was empathetic and took the issues * entered each session with and helped her thru.

Based on my experience, I would recommend others to work with Jessica, we have recommended Jessica a few times to those who have inquired.

The best thing about my/our counseling experience was having someone to relate to yet and provided useful tools for * personally. Listened and helped her understand herself."

Former Client describes their therapy journey as: "Great! Exactly what I needed."
